Terms of service
Last updated 7 November 2026. By creating an account or using Lotties Lists, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Lotties Lists ("we", "us") is a UK-based planning app available at app.lottieslists.co.uk. Contact us any time at hello@lottieslists.co.uk.
Your account
- You must be 16 or over to create an account.
- Please give a real email address and keep your sign-in details safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person per account. Automated or bulk sign-ups aren't allowed.
Free trial and subscriptions
New accounts get a free 14-day trial, with no card needed. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription at the price shown in the app before you pay.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider; we never see your full card details.
The app costs £3.99 a month, or £3.59 a month (10% off) while you also have an active Lotties Lists desk pad. If your desk pad ends, your app price moves to £3.99 from your next monthly renewal.
If your trial or subscription ends and you don't subscribe again, we keep your information for 14 days so you can pick up where you left off. After those 14 days your app information (tasks, lists, plans, projects, photos and settings) is permanently deleted. Your sign-in stays so you can return or keep using the desk pad companion.
Your UK consumer rights are not affected.
Desk pads are bought on lottieslists.co.uk under its Terms of Sale (https://lottieslists.co.uk/terms). Buying one pad gives 50 days of Focus Companion access. A desk pad subscription keeps access going, and access ends 50 days after your last pad.
AI planning
Features such as "Help me plan today" and recipe scanning use AI to suggest plans. Suggestions can be wrong, so please check them — nothing changes until you accept it. Daily AI use may be limited during the trial.
Not medical advice
Lotties Lists is a planning and routine companion. It isn't a medical device and doesn't give medical, health, financial or professional advice. Reminders may occasionally be delayed or fail (for example if your phone blocks notifications), so please don't rely on the app alone for anything critical.
Fair use
Please don't misuse the app: no attempts to break in, overload it, access other people's information, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Everything you add stays yours. You give us permission only to store and process it to run the app for you. See our privacy policy for details.
You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Settings → Your data.
Changes and availability
We're always improving the app and may change features. We'll let you know about important changes to these terms. We aim to keep the app running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or for missed tasks, appointments or deadlines. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
