Privacy policy

Last updated 7 November 2026. Lotties Lists is run from the UK and follows UK GDPR.

Signing in with Google

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture from Google. We don't access your Gmail, contacts, Drive or anything else in your Google account.

What we store

  • Account details: your email address and first name.
  • Your planner: tasks, notes, lists, follow-ups, important dates and planner pages.
  • Daily logs you choose to keep: water, meals, movement, check-ins, and Supplements & Routines ticks.
  • Diaries and reminders: any view-only calendar links you add, and a device code so we can send your phone reminders.

How it's kept private

Everything is stored securely, and each account can only ever see its own information.

The app owner sees simple counts for testing (such as number of tasks or days active) — never your task names or notes.

Lock-screen reminders stay private by default unless you choose to show task names.

How AI is used

When you tap "Help me plan today", that day's tasks, times and diary events are sent securely to create your plan. Nothing changes until you accept it.

Your information is never used to train AI models, and is never sold or shared with advertisers.

Who helps us run the app

We use trusted providers for secure hosting and storage, AI planning, and payments. They only process your information to provide these services to us. Payment card details go straight to our payment provider and never reach us.

We keep your information while you have a free trial or subscription. If that ends and you don't subscribe again within 14 days, your app information is permanently deleted. When you delete your account, everything is permanently removed straight away.

If you buy a desk pad on lottieslists.co.uk, the website shares your email and desk pad status with the app so we can unlock the Focus Companion and your bundle price. See https://lottieslists.co.uk/privacy.

A note on wellbeing

Lotties Lists is a planning and routine companion. It doesn't give medical advice and isn't a clinical or health-tracking tool.

Your choices

In Settings → Your data you can download a full copy of your information, or permanently delete your account and everything in it.

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). See also our terms of service.
